TouchMath Celebrates Tech & Learning Best of 2025 Award Win in Primary Education

We’re excited to share that TouchMath has been named a Tech & Learning Best of 2025 Award winner in the Primary Education category, a national recognition that celebrates educational solutions making a real difference in today’s classrooms. This honor reflects not only innovation, but also meaningful impact on teaching and learning, and we’re proud to be recognized alongside other leaders in education technology.

The Tech & Learning Best of 2025 Awards highlight tools that educators trust to improve outcomes, integrate seamlessly into instruction, and support diverse learning needs. For TouchMath, this recognition reinforces what teachers have seen firsthand for years: when math instruction is multisensory and intentionally designed, students build stronger understanding and greater confidence.

In special education classrooms and intervention settings, many students struggle with foundational number sense because traditional math instruction can feel abstract and disconnected. TouchMath was created to meet that challenge by turning numbers into something students can see, touch, and interact with. Through a structured, research-based approach, TouchMath helps learners make sense of math concepts that once felt out of reach.

TouchMath’s multisensory methodology supports students by engaging visual, tactile, and auditory pathways. This approach is especially impactful for learners who benefit from explicit instruction and repeated practice. Teachers use TouchMath to support a wide range of students, including:

  • Special education classrooms
  • Students receiving intensive math intervention
  • Learners who struggle with number sense
  • Classrooms supporting diverse learning needs

Judges for the Tech & Learning Best of 2025 Awards recognized TouchMath for its effectiveness with both early learners and older elementary students who need a different pathway to understanding math. They also noted how easily the program fits into classroom routines, making it a practical and powerful tool for educators without adding instructional complexity.

This award is a celebration of more than a program. It is a celebration of the educators who implement TouchMath with care, the students who gain confidence through hands-on learning, and the belief that every learner can succeed in math when given the right support.

As we celebrate being named a Tech & Learning Best of 2025 Award winner, our commitment remains focused on helping educators strengthen math intervention and empowering students to build lasting math skills with confidence.
