The Opportunity

TouchMath is looking for a Marketing Generalist who wants to grow with us! The Marketing Generalist is an entry-level position that reports directly to the Product Marketing Manager to help create diverse content in support of marketing efforts, including everything from web content and email campaigns to short ad copy and long-form guides. This role involves collaborating with mission-driven teammates to improve the lives of kids, while equally focusing on copywriting and coordinating to develop consistent messaging across multiple channels for the TouchMath brand and goals.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, email, and digital advertising.
  • Create high-quality content (i.e. partnering with other functional areas to develop long and short content such as brochures, whitepapers, scripts, social media messaging, blogs, and webinars) that reinforce TouchMath’s brand position, supports media, PR and product strategies and goals.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer demographics to inform marketing strategies.
  • Using predesigned templates, update brand asset graphics and copy for print and digital media.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare reports to track key metrics and provide insights for optimization.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales and product development to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives, and to ensure quality control of content prior to execution ­– including voice and brand checks, editing, and proofreading.
  • Other projects and duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Previous experience in copywriting / content creation with excellent creative writing ability, high editorial standards, and proofreading skills are a must.
  • Demonstrates exceptional communications skills and has a passion for all things marketing and content related
  • Ability to think conceptually, ensuring creative tone/voice support the brand voice and key business objectives
  • Strong storyteller, with a talent for simplifying complex stories and concepts
  • Ability to take initiative and work proactively.
  • Ability to work independently, resourcefully seek answers, and remove obstacles.
  • Results oriented with the ability to consistently meet deadlines.

Salary Range:

  • $45,000 – $55,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
