Through a blend of research, first-hand accounts, and practical strategies, you’ll gain a deep understanding of these conditions and learn how to implement effective support systems. We’ll highlight the critical role of cognitive functions, evidence-based interventions, and the importance of a supportive and inclusive learning environments.
After this session, you’ll be able to:
- Understand what dyslexia, dyscalculia, ADHD, and ASD are and how they affect both children and adults.
- Use instructional strategies tailored for neurodiverse students.
- Explore adaptive techniques and support for daily living and work tasks.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to support this student population with adaptive techniques and support for school, daily living, and future employment.
Audience: This session is suitable for all educators, and participation does not necessitate prior familiarity with the TouchMath program.
